U.S. workers: Not enough pay, too much stress

More than half of U.S. employees say they aren't paid enough for the work they do and one-third say they experience chronic on-the-job stress, a new study shows. Another finding of the American Psychological Association survey: Some 61% of employees say they don't have enough opportunity to climb the corporate ladder.
