AT&T bullish on bringing FTTH to more cities

AT&T plans to introduce its fiber-to-the home service in Dallas this summer after its ongoing deployment in Austin, Texas, CEO Randall Stephenson told an investor conference Thursday. He added that the telecom would like to expand to more cities if they follow Austin's template. Stephenson also said he believes federal regulators will eventually approve Comcast's purchase of Time Warner Cable, but with some conditions.
