Pennsylvania Cyber School To Lose Internet Service

Digital Freedom, the Internet service provider for Bucks County's Einstein Academy Charter School, yesterday said it plans to cut the school's service because Einstein owes it $80,000. State Education Secretary Charles Zogby, who is locked in a funding battle with all seven cyber-charters in the state, reportedly refused a request from Einstein officials to release money to pay the bill. As a temporary measure, Einstein is sending students disks from America Online with 1,000 hours of free Internet service.
