Editorial: West Virginia construction project renews public faith

Construction along the long-delayed King Coal Highway project in West Virginia is finally under way and the state is taking bids for a $20 million bridge construction project. The project is important for a number of reasons, including renewing public faith in something that has been stalled for five years, writes the author of this editorial.
