Morning coffee boost not what you think

Most coffee drinkers swear their daily dose of morning caffeine offers a needed energy boost to start their day. According to British researchers, however, the caffeine in coffee only eases withdrawal symptoms that have built up overnight, and people who drink coffee first thing every day are no more alert than those who never do.
