Chicago's planned flyover to ease rail congestion, create jobs

A planned railroad flyover is expected to unsnarl traffic in Chicago's rail hub, cutting Amtrak and freight railroad delays in the city and clearing the way for high-speed rail. The triple-tracked bridge will be funded with $133 million in federal-stimulus dollars and is expected to create 1,450 jobs.
