Study: Most U.S. patients seek online access to physicians

An Intuit Health survey of 1,000 U.S. adults found that 73% would use a secure Web portal for easier access to lab test results, appointment scheduling, medical bills payment and communication with provider practices. Almost half of respondents said they would consider switching providers to be able to communicate and manage their health care online.
