CEOs propose measures to boost U.S. competitiveness

The Business Roundtable, a group of leading CEOs, has called for increased U.S. competitiveness and offers a plan to achieve it. The plan suggests "smarter regulations;" creating partnerships with community colleges that would "align technical skills training with business needs and employment opportunities;" and a STEM green card that would let foreign graduate students trained here stay here.
