FDA warns AeroShot maker over conflicting product claims

The FDA issued a warning letter to Breathable Foods over what the agency says are false, misleading and contradictory statements about the inhalable caffeine product AeroShot Pure Energy. The agency said the firm could face injunction or other regulatory actions if it fails to correct the violations and submit research data supporting AeroShot's safety.
