Going local helps SMBs find new customers

Small businesses increasingly rely on local online campaigns to boost business. Almost two-thirds of SMBs say that driving new business or luring back existing customers are why they use hyperlocal digital ads, a study found. Local publishing sites remain SMBs' favorite platform for local campaigns, with location-based social tools and daily-deal services also playing an important role.
