Plan to uphold suspension of wind rules falters in Wis. Senate

Wisconsin state Sen. Frank Lasee withdrew a bill that would have upheld the suspension of wind siting rules developed by the state Public Service Commission. The state Legislature's rules committee suspended the PSC's rules last year over concerns that its minimum setback distance was not far enough.
