J.C. Penney chief Ron Johnson says creating a successful retail environment is all about winning customers' hearts and minds. Johnson wants to use some of the tricks he learned at Target and Apple to help give J.C. Penney's stores a little more zing. "It's always about mindshare, not market share," he explains.
