Dow Chemical official lays out cybersecurity priorities for Congress

Congress should act to expand public-private cooperation and data sharing while bolstering enforcement against cybercriminals, said David Kepler, chief information officer at Dow Chemical. "Industry must rely on the federal government to approach cybersecurity, working in partnership with other countries, to deploy an offensive perspective," Kepler said.
