Rep. Terry unveils bill to force approval of Keystone XL project

A draft bill introduced by Rep. Lee Terry, R-Neb., would strip President Barack Obama of any authority over TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline and eliminate any legal hurdles that the project may face. "It's been over four years and thousands of pages of environmental reviews," Terry said. "The experts have weighed in. Now is the time to build the Keystone pipeline," he added.
