Fla. district, foundation develop job program for students with disabilities

A partnership between a community foundation and the Lee County School District in Florida is helping students with disabilities gain job skills through a program called Exceptional Entrepreneurs. With the aid of job coaches, students convert vinyl records into yard art and raise worms to create garden fertilizer and bait for fishermen. "It's important to have a sense of purpose and to be able to contribute to society and that's important for anyone," job coach Margaret Wear said.
