Wireless networks have become considerably more reliable since carriers began completing their 4G platforms, J.D. Power & Associates found. The research firm refers to an index that measures data quality -- problems per 100 -- in noting that they have declined from 19 in 2012 to 14 this year. They study also pointed to speed and connectivity boosts and a decline in experiencing slow mobile Web service as benefits of the 4G upgrades.
