Is social app Livr a parody, or just a bad idea?

A party-themed social-networking application called Livr that's under development would let users log on only after they've registered a sufficiently high blood-alcohol level through a plug-in breathalyzer. Certain features could only be unlocked by getting drunker still. "It's certainly a novel idea, unless it's some sort of parody app designed to draw awareness to binge-drinking," Ben Woods writes.
