Brazil poised to compete, says coffee baron

Luiz Marcos Suplicy Hafers hails from one of Brazil's prominent coffee-growing families, but his empire is diversifying. Hafers and farmers like him are planting soybeans, corn and other crops in order to compete with farmers around the world. Predicting Brazil's economy will boom in the next decade, Hafers says, "We will be fierce competitors."
