Medicare's new drug cards confuse seniors

With surveys showing 60% of seniors don't understand the new Medicare drug program, some groups predict that conflicting drug discount card programs will exacerbate the problem and leave beneficiaries clueless about their options. "The hallmark of this program is that it's incredibly complicated," said a director of one senior services group.
