Bill to end teacher strikes unites opposition

A Pennsylvania bill seeking to end teacher strikes before the school year, has served to unite teachers unions, school boards and even a group called StopTeacherStrikes, who all oppose it. The bill, introduced by the state Senate minority leader, would require a local judge to rule on the dispute if the sides can't reach a contract agreement by Aug. 1.
