User-generated content expands to new mediums

The Wall Street Journal writes that 3's See Me TV user-generated, revenue-sharing service for mobile phones is a prime example of the over-arching trend of user-generated content extending its reach. "For mobile-phone operators, the advantage is that this kind of stuff drives traffic around the network, and that's revenue for them," one Ovum analyst said.
