EPA is assembling framework for GHG regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency is on track to regulate greenhouse gases after it submitted to the White House the final reconsideration of former EPA Administrator Stephen Johnson's memorandum on when federal rules on greenhouse-gas emissions must begin. This month, the EPA is expected to roll out vehicle-emissions standards and the so-called "tailoring" rule that will determine which greenhouse-gas emitters will be required to obtain permits.
