Green-cleaning-product company Method has built a $100 million business by putting its products on the shelves of national retailers such as Target and Whole Foods. Now it's having to fend off competition from old-school companies such as Clorox, which are launching rival chemical-free cleaning products in a bid to claim a slice of the action.
