Hill points to "depth of leadership" at Transformation confab

Some attendees of the 4A's Transformation conference, the first to combine separate events for creative and media agencies, criticized the confab for not delivering on its promise of substantive content. However, Nancy Hill, the 4A's president-CEO, said the well-attended event has garnered "extraordinarily positive" reviews.
