Sleep poll shows Americans are not getting enough shut-eye

The National Sleep Foundation's annual Sleep in America Poll shows Americans are not getting enough sleep and that cultural differences can play a role in habits. The poll found only about 40% of respondents said they got a good night's sleep on most nights, with African-Americans reporting the least amount of sleep.
