Workers push employers for lower-fee 401(k) plans

More workers are undertaking efforts to get their employers to switch to 401(k) plan administrators that offer lower fees. The workers are finding success where lawmakers and regulators have failed. Some employees, however, remain wary of raising the issue because of job security concerns in the tight economy.
