Pennsylvania is expected to delay end-of-course exams

Pennsylvania likely is to delay 10 end-of-course exams that were to be required to graduate beginning with the class of 2015. Acting state Education Secretary Ron Tomalis said Monday that the delay is necessary because of the cost and that some districts are not teaching material included on the exams. Some of the exams were expected to be available this spring.
