N.Y. city council is jeered for "roommate ban"

The Watertown, N.Y., City Council is being criticized and ridiculed for passing a "roommate ban." The council eliminated language in the zoning code that allowed people to rent out rooms in a single-family house. However, planning officials say the rule is impossible to enforce.
