Study: Astronauts continue to suffer bone loss

Bone loss remains a problem for astronauts aboard the international space station, despite more sophisticated exercise equipment, according to a NASA study released yesterday. The findings raise concerns about the effect of prolonged weightlessness during a manned mission to Mars.
