Milwaukee aims to curb traffic flow problems

The exponential traffic growth on downtown Milwaukee's Marquette Interchange, has forced the city to implement a $810-million reconstruction project expected to be completed in 2008. Walsh Construction is the prime contractor for the initial leg of reconstruction, which began last year and is projected to finish in November 2006.
