Feds say 11 Kentucky housing complexes may violate ADA

More than two dozen Kentucky developers and architects allegedly violated the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act by building 11 multifamily housing complexes with insufficient facilities to accommodate people with disabilities. One of the developers said he received no resident complaints, and that state building codes conflict with the federal laws.
