New cultures developed to improve low-fat cheese taste

Chr. Hansen's new cheese cultures can speed up the ripening process and improve the flavor in low-fat cheeses, the group says. The CR-530 and CR-550 cultures were developed to address the growing demand for low-fat dairy products.
