Workplace safety is serious business in Minnesota

Employers in Minnesota are required to have a formal workplace accident and injury reduction program in place. Small contractors should pay particular attention to health and safety regulations, and some mandatory yearly requirements that employees must be trained in include the AWAIR Program, the Minnesota Right to Know Program and safeguards on confined space.
