Army Corps defends levee conditions; locals skeptical

The Army Corps of Engineers says it has completed all necessary repairs on Mississippi River levees after severe flooding last year. Local officials are less then convinced, saying they're concerned about the integrity of the earthen flood walls. While there has been some considerable rain in Iowa, the National Weather Service says it doesn't expect 2009 to carry nearly the same amount of flood potential as last year.
