Canadian Supreme Court refuses one-fare/one-seat appeal

Starting in January, the two biggest airlines in Canada will have to give morbidly obese and disabled passengers on domestic flights an extra seat for free. The Supreme Court refused to consider an appeal from the carriers that argued "one fare, one seat." The Canadian Transportation Agency said the airlines must come up with a process to assess passengers' eligibility.
