Nursing students help youngsters make healthy choices

A nursing research study is sending nursing students to elementary schools in Rochester, Minn., to help youngsters make healthier lifestyle choices. The nursing students use a daily guideline of "5-2-1-0" -- five servings of fruits and vegetables, a two-hour limit on TV or computer screen time, one hour of exercise, and no soda or sugary drinks.
