Unemployment to keep rising all year, economists say

The nation's unemployment rate rose to 8.1% in February, the highest point since late 1983. Employers cut more than 651,000 jobs in February, according to the Department of Labor. Experts expect the unemployment rate to hit 9% before the end of the year, and economists predict that it may not return to normal levels of around 5% until 2013.
