A drink or 2 a day may keep the pounds away

Women who consume one or two drinks daily are 30% less likely to gain weight than women who do not drink at all, according to a study. Researchers followed women age 39 and older for an average of 13 years and found that all gained weight over time, but those who drank no alcohol gained the most.
