High court to hear case involving anti-gay church's funeral picketing

A case involving whether the father of a Marine killed in Iraq has the right to sue the anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church for emotional distress for picketing his son's funeral will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. A federal court found in favor of the claims of Albert Snyder, who was awarded a $5 million judgment, but the finding was overturned by a federal appeals court.
