Iowa governor urges tougher measure against texting while driving

Iowa Gov. Chet Culver asked state lawmakers to pass tighter legislation prohibiting motorists from texting while driving. The call came after the state Senate passed a bill that would impose the texting ban on all drivers and voted down a House version that would apply the ban only to young motorists.
