Long-term development projects snagged by Calif. high-speed rail plans

The agency in charge of California high-speed rail is running into obstacles as it attempts to meet planning deadlines or face losing a $2.25 billion federal grant. Among the challenges are reworking development projects that have been in the works for years -- including a $14 million Metrolink train station in Buena Park. The station could get derailed by high-speed rail plans that would run trains through the area.
