U.K. hoteliers: Room rates may not fully rebound until 2013

Hoteliers in the U.K. say they don't expect to see any kind of substantial rebound this year and expect room rates in Europe might not begin to improve to levels seen before the global downturn until 2013, according to a survey. Only 2% of 155 hotel executives expected a "sustained upturn this year," a decline from the 37% who last year forecast that 2010 would bring "solid growth."
