Concrete wing wall under I-80 in Pa. collapses after heavy rains

A concrete wall roughly the length of a railroad car collapsed on a road under an Interstate 80 overpass in Pennsylvania following heavy rains. The wing wall under the bridge crumbled as pressure built up after two inches of rain fell. The state has closed one eastbound lane of I-80 in Pocono Township and is working to repair the damage. No one was injured in the collapse.
