Human costs of Cote d'Ivoire crisis are growing

Aid groups are expressing concern for an estimated 450,000 people who have fled postelection violence in Cote d'Ivoire -- warning that humanitarian and security concerns are growing rapidly. At least four people died Tuesday when government forces opened fire on people protesting the shooting deaths of women demonstrating in Abidjan last week.
