Voters to decide marriage question in five states:

In addition to Maine, four other states will face ballot questions dealing with marriage rights for same-sex couples, and the campaigns both for and against marriage equality are expected to spend millions getting their messages out. In Washington and Maryland, voters are expected to be asked whether to approve or reject recently passed legislation allowing gays and lesbians to wed. Minnesota and North Carolina voters will decide whether to amend their constitutions to limit marriage to heterosexual couples.
