American Airlines debuts lie-flat seats

Next month, a newly revamped Boeing 767-300ER will start flights for American Airlines from John F. Kennedy International to Switzerland's Zurich Airport, offering business-class passengers the chance to experience fully lie-flat seats. The plane is the first of its model to get the reconfiguring, which American will eventually take to half that fleet.
