Teachers in United Arab Emirates seek to improve Arabic instruction

Teachers in the United Arab Emirates attended a forum recently hosted by the Abu Dhabi Education Council to share best practices for learning Arabic. Officials said the forum was launched following concerns that Arabic lessons were in need of improvement. Among the ideas shared at the forum were to use computer games and interclassroom competitions to spark students' interest in the language.
