Survey: Vegetarian teens on the rise

Nearly 40% of teens surveyed consider themselves vegetarians, a growing trend that has become noticeable on grocery shelves. But nutritionists caution that while a plant-based diet may prevent chronic diseases, the key element is for teens to take into account a "well-balanced and varied" diet.
