Census: More young people flock to South, West

According to just-released Census estimates, more than two-thirds of the states experienced growth in their high school enrollments between 2003 and 2004, while only six states saw their elementary school population increase during that time. Florida and Arizona, previously regarded as havens for retirees, are now witnessing an influx of young adult foreign immigrants and suburbanites from other states.
