Ripple Effects Interactive's online campaign for the Pennsylvania Tourism Office won the Philadelphia Ad Club's top "Best of Show" ADDY Award -- a first for an Internet pitch. The shop's winning Groundhog 202 Web site lets users see a groundhog (actually a guy in a groundhog suit) as he struggles with cabin fever.
